myPodder and the Zune

I've been reading a little lately about different "hacks" people have been using to get podcasts onto their Zune players. There is even a new site devoted to getting podcasts on a Zune for which they have developed their own special application.

The fact of the matter is, getting podcasts on a Zune is no different than any other MTP device, and its the same method that people have been using with Microsoft's Media Player since podcasting began.

In the context of myPodder, simply place it on your computer and let it download your files to your hard drive. Then point the Zune software to the folder containing the podcasts ('podcasts' by default) and it will sync them to the device. It's that simple. :)
